SDCERS LAWSUIT AGAINST CITY ATTORNEY MICHAEL AGUIRRE

If you have read the article in Friday's Union Tribune about the lawsuit SDCERS has filed against City Attorney Michael Aguirre, and the editorial page comment on Saturday, I urge you to bring up the SDCERS website and review the details of the lawsuit. You do not need to read all 25 pages but you should read pages 7 through 11 and then pages 12 through 24. The concerns of the Retirement Board and the reason for the lawsuit are clearly explained in those pages. If you have any questions about any of the materials, do not hesitate to contact me for an explanation.
